Our Aspifloc is the ideal solution for the removal of suspended particles from all types of industrial water. The combination of 2" double/double diaphragm pump and filtration sack mean that water is easily removed from a tank or sump and, after treatment, the suspended particles are filtered and pumped back into the original area or a new holding tank.

Designed to be used in conjunction with our Proco range of water treatment chemicals the Aspifloc with allow you to remove suspended solids from industrial water. For many installations the water will need to be treated in order to separate the solids so that they become suspended and able to be filtered and removed from the water. Our Proco products should be added to the water in order that the separation can take place and the range of products allows for the treatment of all types of paint, glue etc.

  • The Aspifloc can be used in conjunction with our EPUR-OIL or EPUR-WATER micro filtration units to optimise the treatment by giving increased filtration quality.

Bigfloc units can be connected to the Aspifloc to give increased filtration volumes.

Can be supplied with or without wheels and splash screens depending upon your particular requirements.

  • What is a double/double diaphragm pump?

The diaphragm pump supplied with our Aspifloc is able to pump from and to two places at the same time. This means that it can pump dirty water from a spray booth, for example, and transfer it into the filtration sack whilst pumping the filtered water, from the holding tank, back into the spray booth or into another area if required. This type of pump means that the Aspifloc is doing the work of two standard diaphragm pumps which saves space and helps to keep the area around the Aspifloc tidy.

How can an Aspifloc be connected to a Bigfloc?

We can adjust pipework so that one or many Bigfloc units can be included in the system to increase the filtration capacity and allow you to maximise the capacity of each filtration sack. A Bigfloc can be included when the system is installed or can be brought in and added to the system at a later date.
